Lemon Soy Pork Chop

I made this pork chop for our Valentine's dinner and it was divine!

1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced/ pressed
2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
2-4 pork bone in pork chops

Mix first 5 ingredients and place in casserole dish or ziplock bag. Add  pork chops and marinate for at lease an hour. (I like to marinate for several hours)

Heat non stick pan to 240-300 degrees or medium low. I vary. I like to cook each side for a while, possibly 10-15 minutes per side depending on thickness. Internal temperature should reach 145 for a medium chop and 160 for well done.
